Des policiers, parfois en civil, arr\u00eataient des dizaines de jeunes gens soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s d\u2019\u00eatre des kulunas et les tuaient lors d\u2019ex\u00e9cutions sommaires, parfois publiques, afin de dissuader leurs cong\u00e9n\u00e8res de poursuivre sur ce chemin. La m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement critiqu\u00e9e par les organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019Homme&nbsp;\u00bb, se plaint un habitant de Masina qui appelle les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer les effectifs de la Police dans son quartier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis l\u2019accession du Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, des jeunes gangsters arr\u00eat\u00e9s par la police sont envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 Kaniama Kasese au service national, o\u00f9 ils sont commis \u00e0 la production de ma\u00efs. Malgr\u00e9 cette m\u00e9thode, la criminalit\u00e9 urbaine continue \u00e0 battre son plein dans plusieurs coins de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Josu\u00e9
