Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la Police\/ville de Tshikapa ont mis la main sur lui pour des soup\u00e7ons d\u2019escroquerie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9, mardi 07 novembre, apr\u00e8s avoir fait signer \u00e0 plus de 300 personnes des contrats de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le commissaire divisionnaire de la Police, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Sylvano Kasongo, Claude Mubalama \u00e9tait recherch\u00e9 depuis longtemps par ses services apr\u00e8s avoir contract\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres entreprises dont la Caritas-Luebo sous le label de PPI, une organisation qui n\u2019existe pas, dans le souci d\u2019escroquer la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des victimes, l\u2019on annonce le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une plainte \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de Claude Mubalama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons d\u00e9pos\u00e9 notre plainte aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019officier de police judiciaire (OPJ) instructeur et nous esp\u00e9rons que la justice va faire son travail<\/em>\u00ab&nbsp;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le directeur de la radio Ondes du progr\u00e8s, Mac Laurain Tshimanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de noter que le presum\u00e9 escroc n\u2019est pas \u00e0 son premier forfait.
