Le proc\u00e8s Bukanga Lonzo qui constituait une menace s\u00e9rieuse \u00e0 ses ambitions d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la magistrature supr\u00eame a \u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9 \u00e0 apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour constitutionnelle, qui le poursuit dans l\u2019affaire du pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u00e9tournement de plus de 115 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains destin\u00e9s au projet du parc agro-industriel de Bukanga Lonzo \u00e0 travers des avantages financiers indus, surfacturations, cr\u00e9ation des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9crans et violation des proc\u00e9dures administratives a renvoy\u00e9 l\u2019affaire au 18 mars 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a annonc\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle, Dieudonn\u00e9 Kamuleta, \u00e0 l\u2019audience du 13 novembre 2023, consacr\u00e9e au prononc\u00e9 de l\u2019arr\u00eat avant dire droit sur les exceptions soulev\u00e9es par les pr\u00e9venus D\u00e9ogratias Mutombo et Grobler Christo Stephamus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien gouverneur de la Banque centrale du Congo et le patron de Africom, co accus\u00e9s de l\u2019ancien premier ministre ont soulev\u00e9 des exceptions \u00e0 l\u2019audience du 13 novembre dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour constitutionnelle si\u00e9geant en mati\u00e8re r\u00e9pressive en premier et dernier ressort a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 recevable mais non fond\u00e9e la demande de surs\u00e9ance de l\u2019examen de la pr\u00e9sente cause et de la mise hors cause sollicit\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9venu Grobler Christo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De m\u00eame, elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 non recevables mais non fond\u00e9es les exceptions d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence et d\u2019irrecevabilit\u00e9 soulev\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9venu D\u00e9ogratias Mutombo.\u00a0\u00bb<em>Nous sommes au courant d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode \u00e9lectorale. La Cour ne peut pas empi\u00e9ter ou perturber son exercice normal et constitutionnel pendant cette p\u00e9riode. Tout le monde sait que juste apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections, la Cour entre dans un processus de contentieux des r\u00e9sultats qui prend officiellement fin le 11 mars 2024.
