{"id":53126,"date":"2023-11-30T12:21:51","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T11:21:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=53126"},"modified":"2023-11-30T12:22:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T11:22:00","slug":"nigeria-tinubu-devoile-son-premier-budget-dans-un-contexte-dinflation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=53126","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria : Tinubu d\u00e9voile son premier budget dans un contexte d&rsquo;inflation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le pr\u00e9sident nig\u00e9rian Bola Ahmed Tinubu a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mercredi le premier budget depuis son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir, centr\u00e9 sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la croissance \u00e9conomique dans un contexte de forte inflation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un discours prononc\u00e9 devant le Parlement \u00e0 Abuja, la capitale, le chef de l&rsquo;Etat a expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;attirer les investissements et r\u00e9soudre la crise du co\u00fbt de la vie au Nigeria \u00e9taient au coeur de sa proposition de budget de 27,5 billions de nairas (31,72 milliards d&rsquo;euros) pour 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le budget propos\u00e9 vise \u00e0 atteindre une croissance \u00e9conomique riche en emplois, une stabilit\u00e9 macro\u00e9conomique, un meilleur environnement d&rsquo;investissement, un d\u00e9veloppement accru du capital humain, ainsi qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9 et un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, selon un communiqu\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon lui, le gouvernement s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;inflation \u00e0 hauteur de 27% actuellement soit ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 21,4% en 2024. Le pr\u00e9sident table en outre sur une croissance d&rsquo;au moins 3,76%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Nig\u00e9rians sont aujourd&rsquo;hui confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un triplement des prix des carburants et \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du co\u00fbt des denr\u00e9es alimentaires depuis que M. Tinubu a mis fin \u00e0 la subvention des carburants et a laiss\u00e9 flotter le naira, apr\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e en fonction en f\u00e9vrier 2023. \u00a8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Bola Ahmed Tinubu, les effets n\u00e9gatifs de cette d\u00e9cision seront temporaires. Appelant \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 la patience de la population, il assure que cette mesure profitera au pays \u00e0 long terme et attirera davantage d&rsquo;investissements \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;extension d&rsquo;un programme visant \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0fournir des versements en esp\u00e8ces destin\u00e9s aux m\u00e9nages pauvres et vuln\u00e9rables\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Notre gouvernement reste attach\u00e9 \u00e0 une prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique large et partag\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9 que le pays s&rsquo;efforcerait de r\u00e9duire son d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire d&rsquo;environ 6,1% du PIB cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 un peu moins de 3,9% en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Nigeria est aussi confront\u00e9 \u00e0 de graves probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de l\u2019insurrection jihadiste ou des groupes de bandits qui pratiquent des enl\u00e8vements massifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;architecture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure sera revue afin de renforcer l\u2019application de la loi et prot\u00e9ger les vies, les biens et les investissements dans tout le pays\u00a0\u00bb, a rappel\u00e9 M.
