Le vin est tir\u00e9, il faut le boire. En cette p\u00e9riode des festivit\u00e9s, ses compatriotes moqueurs le sirotent \u00e0 volont\u00e9, n\u2019en d\u00e9plaise \u00e0 cet autre illustre internaute sorti de nulle part avec son \u00e9vangile de \u00ab lamba lia, tokoya te ! \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9rieusement, si le lapsus de Tr\u00e9sor Kangolo para\u00eet si impardonnable aux yeux de plusieurs, c\u2019est parce qu\u2019il a voulu relativiser ce qu\u2019il ne fallait pas : la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement. Le domaine est extr\u00eamement sensible qu\u2019il en va de l\u2019avenir de toute une nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser comprendre avec autant de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 que l\u2019essentiel est d\u2019aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et moins d\u2019en tirer quelque chose n\u2019est pas loin du sacril\u00e8ge. Un p\u00e9ch\u00e9 contre le saint esprit, diraient les chr\u00e9tiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et pourtant, l\u2019on peut tout refuser au pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre largement r\u00e9\u00e9lu \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays, sauf sa volont\u00e9 de rendre effective, d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de son premier mandat, la gratuit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement primaire, longtemps rest\u00e9e lettre morte dans la Constitution du 18 f\u00e9vrier 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis, plus de 5 millions d\u2019enfants, selon les estimations du gouvernement, ont retrouv\u00e9 le chemin de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Mais aller \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, c\u2019est bien. Recevoir un enseignement de qualit\u00e9 par des enseignants qualifi\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s et dans un cadre d\u2019apprentissage viable, c\u2019est encore mieux. C\u2019est bien plus une obligation constitutionnelle, une responsabilit\u00e9 pour tout parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malheureusement, beaucoup continuent \u00e0 reprocher \u00e0 cette r\u00e9forme, certes salutaire, l\u2019impr\u00e9paration : d\u00e9ficit des infrastructures, sureffectif, d\u00e9motivation des enseignants\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de passer \u00e0 la gratuit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement secondaire voire universitaire, comme l\u2019a promis le pr\u00e9sident lors de sa campagne \u00e9lectorale, rien de plus judicieux que de r\u00e9soudre d\u2019abord les effets induits de la gratuit\u00e9 au primaire. Des efforts ont certes \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s, mais doivent continuer.
