Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Gouvernement depuis le 15 f\u00e9vrier 2021, au terme des consultations nationales que le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat avait initi\u00e9es en novembre 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon des sources \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence, Jean-Pierre Bemba devrait rapidement prendre la succession de Sama Lukonde \u00e0 titre int\u00e9rimaire, en attendant la fin de la mission de l\u2019informateur cens\u00e9 identifier la nouvelle majorit\u00e9 parlementaire issue des l\u00e9gislatives de d\u00e9cembre 2023, en vue de la formation du nouveau gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notez qu\u2019au total, plus d\u2019une trentaine de membres du Gouvernement Sama Lukonde sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9missionner, jusque ce mardi \u00e0 minuit, de leurs fonctions minist\u00e9rielles, au profit de la d\u00e9putation nationale. Ils garderont leurs fauteuils minist\u00e9riels, \u00e0 la seule condition de renoncer \u00e0 leur mandat \u00e9lectif de d\u00e9put\u00e9 national. Ce qui, de l\u2019avis des constitutionnalistes, leur fera perdre leur mandat \u00e9lectif de d\u00e9put\u00e9 national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les Ministres qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 figurent Jean-Pierre Lihau de la Fonction publique, Pius Muabilu de l\u2019urbanisme et habitat, \u00c8ve Bazaiba de l\u2019environnement, Julien Paluku de l\u2019industrie, Tony Mwaba de l\u2019Epst, et autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, la Cour constitutionnelle avait, d\u2019une part, rejet\u00e9 la requ\u00eate du Premier ministre, Jean Michel Sama Lukonde, sollicitant le cumul des fonctions, et, de l\u2019autre, demand\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les membres du Gouvernement \u00e9lus d\u00e9put\u00e9s, \u00e0 laisser les fauteuils minist\u00e9riels aux int\u00e9rimaires, pour assurer les affaires courantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CONGO PUB Online <\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 265<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Premier ministre Lukonde Sama vient de d\u00e9poser sa d\u00e9mission aupr\u00e8s du Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi.
