{"id":60229,"date":"2024-02-28T23:23:03","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T22:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=60229"},"modified":"2024-02-28T23:23:13","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T22:23:13","slug":"la-cpi-ordonne-des-reparations-pour-les-victimes-dun-chef-rebelle-ougandais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=60229","title":{"rendered":"La CPI ordonne des r\u00e9parations pour les victimes d&rsquo;un chef rebelle ougandais"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale a accord\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations aux victimes, \u00e0 titre individuel et collectif, dans l&rsquo;affaire concernant un ancien commandant rebelle de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e de r\u00e9sistance du Seigneur, Dominic Ongwen, aujourd&rsquo;hui incarc\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ongwen \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des principaux commandants de la LRA, une milice rebelle qui a op\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le nord de l&rsquo;Ouganda \u00e0 partir de 1987 durant deux d\u00e9cennies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) a accord\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque victime, dont le nombre est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 49 772, une indemnisation individuelle symbolique de 800 dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un montant record de 56 millions de dollars au total, mais les victimes ne seront pas pay\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un organisme fiduciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de collecter les fonds n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;indemnisation, la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e9tant invit\u00e9e \u00e0 faire des dons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le tribunal a \u00e9galement accord\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations collectives \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celles-ci seront ax\u00e9es sur des programmes de r\u00e9habilitation visant \u00e0 r\u00e9parer tous les types de pr\u00e9judices subis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dominic Ongwen a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable de 61 crimes de guerre et crimes contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 par la CPI en f\u00e9vrier 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les crimes commis entre 2002 et 2005 comprenaient des crimes sexuels et \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sexiste, le recrutement d&rsquo;enfants et leur exploitation en temps de guerre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 25 ans de prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ancien commandant de la LRA a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une guerre qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 le d\u00e9placement de milliers de personnes et fait des centaines de morts dans le nord de l&rsquo;Ouganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ongwen purge actuellement sa peine de prison en Norv\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Africanews via CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 245<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Cour p\u00e9nale internationale a accord\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations aux victimes, \u00e0 titre individuel et collectif, dans l&rsquo;affaire concernant un ancien commandant rebelle de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e de r\u00e9sistance du Seigneur, Dominic Ongwen,&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":74,"featured_media":60230,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[844],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-60229","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
