instance d\u2019interpeller toute personne qui distille dans les m\u00e9dias des \u00ab\u00a0comm\u00e9rages autours de conclusions\u00a0\u00bb sur la mort de Ch\u00e9rubin Okende.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firmin Mvonde a formul\u00e9 cette demande \u00e0<br>travers une correspondance adress\u00e9e au procureur pr\u00e8s le TGI et parvenue ce lundi 04 mars 2024 \u00e0 Actu30.cd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>A la suite de cette communication, il m\u2019est rapport\u00e9 des comm\u00e9rages en tous sens, distill\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9dias autour de la conclusion des rapports d\u2019experts susvant\u00e9s, que j\u2019ai rendue publique, dans le but \u00e0 peine voile de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration politicienne et de discr\u00e9diter la justice&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, peut-on lire dan ce document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et de poursuivre : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Face \u00e0 ces all\u00e9gations, je vous demande d\u2019interpeller toute personne qui en serait auteur aux fins d\u2019\u00e9clairer votre lanterne, tout en vous rappelant que les affirmations gratuites constitutives de faux bruits sont r\u00e9prim\u00e9es par la loi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce m\u00eame document, Firmin Mvonde Mambu demande au PGR pr\u00e8s le TGI de notifier la famille de Ch\u00e9rubin Okende sur les conclusions des enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es autours de la mort de cet ancien ministre des transports de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut rappeler que selon la conclusion des enqu\u00eates Ch\u00e9rubin Okende s\u2019\u00e9tait \u00ab&nbsp;suicid\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le
