{"id":61255,"date":"2024-03-18T13:09:41","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T12:09:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=61255"},"modified":"2024-03-18T13:10:02","modified_gmt":"2024-03-18T12:10:02","slug":"ce-quil-faut-retenir-de-laudition-de-jaynet-kabila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=61255","title":{"rendered":"Ce qu&rsquo;il faut retenir de l&rsquo;audition de Jaynet Kabila !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dans une r\u00e9cente affaire qui a attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention nationale et internationale, Jaynet Kabila, l\u2019ex-d\u00e9put\u00e9e et jumelle de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Joseph Kabila, a \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9e par les Renseignements militaires de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019interrogatoire, qui a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de six heures, a pris place dans un contexte tendu, survenant seulement 48 heures apr\u00e8s une perquisition men\u00e9e dans les installations de la Fondation Laurent D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Kabila, qu\u2019elle dirige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon son avocate, Me Adonah Kadima, aucun grief n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu contre Mme Jaynet Kabila. Dans ses d\u00e9clarations \u00e0 l\u2019Agence Congolaise de Presse (ACP), Me Kadima a affirm\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Tout s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9. On a trouv\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait rien de tout ce qu\u2019on a relev\u00e9 comme charge.\u201d<\/em> Cette d\u00e9claration soul\u00e8ve des questions quant \u00e0 la nature de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et \u00e0 la justification de la perquisition initiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me Kadima a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 la gravit\u00e9 potentielle des accusations en affirmant que \u201c<em>dans le cas contraire, on ne te rel\u00e2che pas, on peut te garder si les faits sont graves\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019issue apparemment favorable de cet interrogatoire, l\u2019avenir reste incertain.
