Vodacom Congo, en partenariat avec Kadea Academy, annonce la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de MWASI Tech, une initiative visant \u00e0 soutenir et inspirer les femmes dans le domaine de la technologie.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le terme \u00ab Mwasi \u00bb signifie \u00ab femme \u00bb en lingala, et ce concept vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la pr\u00e9sence f\u00e9minine dans les domaines du Digital Marketing et du Coding.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u2019\u2019MWASI Tech : Encourager les Femmes dans la Technologie\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vodacom Congo, en partenariat avec Kadea Academy, est fi\u00e8re d\u2019annoncer la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de MWASI Tech, une initiative visant \u00e0 soutenir et inspirer les femmes dans le domaine de la technologie. Le terme \u201cMwasi\u201d signifie \u201cfemme\u201d en lingala, et ce concept vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la pr\u00e9sence f\u00e9minine dans les domaines du Digital Marketing et du Coding.
Cette journ\u00e9e de formation gratuite, offerte par Vodacom Congo, a pour objectif de d\u00e9velopper le potentiel des dames dans le domaine technologique. Avec Mme. Pamela ILUNGA, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Adjointe de Vodacom et membre du conseil d\u2019administration du Forum International \u201cWomen in Tech\u201d (chapitre de Kinshasa), comme h\u00f4te, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de \u00ab Mwasi Tech \u00bb entend donner le ton vers plusieurs autres journ\u00e9es de formation pour le grand b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des femmes et des jeunes filles notamment \u00e0 Goma et \u00e0 Lubumbashi. Son exp\u00e9rience et son engagement inspireront les participantes et les encourageront dans leur apprentissage.
Organis\u00e9 au courant du mois de mars, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a pour th\u00e8me : \u00ab Accro\u00eetre les ressources n\u00e9cessaires en faveur des femmes et des filles dans la paix pour un Congo paritaire \u00bb.
En effet, les femmes et la technologie sont des sujets essentiels en termes d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres, d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et de d\u00e9veloppement, particuli\u00e8rement dans un pays comme la RDC. La capacitation des femmes et des jeunes filles est un aspect majeur du d\u00e9veloppement et la technologie leur offre une voie d\u2019\u00e9panouissement.
D\u2019apr\u00e8s Mme Pamela ILUNGA, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Adjointe de Vodacom Congo, \u00ab le concept de MWASI Tech vise \u00e0 mettre en valeur et accompagner les femmes dans la technologie, en leur apportant les ressources dont elles ont besoin pour exceller dans leurs domaines de pr\u00e9dilection \u00bb.
Ainsi l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement poursuis 3 objectifs cl\u00e9s \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. l\u2019\u00e9ducation et formation : Investir dans<\/strong> l\u2019\u00e9ducation des femmes et des filles est crucial pour leur autonomisation. Cela peut se faire en offrant des bourses, en construisant des infrastructures \u00e9ducatives adapt\u00e9es et en luttant contre les obstacles culturels qui limitent l\u2019acc\u00e8s des femmes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. la sant\u00e9 : <\/strong>Assurer un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux services de sant\u00e9, promouvoir la sant\u00e9 maternelle et infantile, et sensibiliser sur les questions de sant\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques aux femmes \u00e0 travers un acc\u00e8s gratuit au portail d\u2019information CONNECTU.CD ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III. l\u2019Autonomisation \u00e9conomique<\/strong> : Encourager l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s et aux ressources financi\u00e8res, ainsi que la participation des femmes dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique.
Vodacom Congo invite les dames et jeunes filles int\u00e9ress\u00e9es \u00e0 rejoindre cette plateforme exceptionnelle d\u2019apprentissage et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo paritaire, o\u00f9 les femmes jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement technologique.
