Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la banque, Abe Sano a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux journalistes qu&rsquo;un demi-million de transactions avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es pendant la panne. Un journal local a rapport\u00e9 que 2,4 milliards de birrs \u00e9thiopiens (42 millions de dollars) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perdus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le probl\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 caus\u00e9 par une \u00ab\u00a0mise \u00e0 jour et une inspection de routine du syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb plut\u00f4t que par une cyberattaque, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la banque centrale \u00e9thiopienne dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me bancaire \u00e9thiopien a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9 pendant plusieurs heures, le temps que le probl\u00e8me soit r\u00e9solu, et les clients n&rsquo;ont pas pu retirer d&rsquo;argent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1963, la Commercial Bank of Ethiopia est la plus grande banque du pays, avec 40 millions de clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M.
