Les avocats de Modero Nsimba notent un doute sur les infractions mises \u00e0 charge de leur client.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de notre client a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi devant les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et les services ont tout v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 et ont compris que cet audio ne provient pas de lui. Donc, il y a un doute sur toutes les lignes, sur les infractions mises \u00e0 la charge de notre client<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l\u2019un de ses avocats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et de poursuivre : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Personne ne conna\u00eet l\u2019origine de cet audio, notre client a entendu pour la premi\u00e8re fois l\u2019audio devant les services de renseignement au travers un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et ce t\u00e9l\u00e9phone n\u2019est pas ici. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour de faire venir l\u2019OPJ instructeur qui sera accompagn\u00e9 de ce t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et avec ce t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, nous pouvons tracer l\u2019origine de cet audio. Ce qui est s\u00fbr cet audio ne vient pas de lui, et rien ne l\u2019indique&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut noter que Modero Nsimba a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9, jeudi dernier, \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 assign\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sidence surveill\u00e9e. Il lui est reproch\u00e9 d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;imputation dommageable et propagation de faux bruits&nbsp;\u00bb apr\u00e8s la publication sur la toile d\u2019un audio lui attribu\u00e9, qui relate les
