\u00ab La dette publique de la RDC a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le cap de 10 milliards USD en cinq ans \u00bb, ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9, le dimanche 7 avril, des sources \u00e0 la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la dette publique (DGDP). Pourtant, cette dette publique \u00e9tait r\u00e9duite en 2010 de 14 \u00e0 3 milliards de dollars et maintenue \u00e0 3 milliards jusqu\u2019en 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s cette structure, \u00ab la dette publique a connu une augmentation de 7 milliards entre 2019 et 2024 \u00bb. De ce fait, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les pr\u00e9visions de la DGDP, d\u2019ici les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, la dette publique de la RDC risque de d\u00e9passer les 15 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face aux interrogations suscit\u00e9es par ces affirmations de la DGDP, le sp\u00e9cialiste en \u00e9conomique \u00c9ric Tshikuma est intervenu pour \u00e9clairer la lanterne de l\u2019opinion nationale sur cette question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professeur et d\u00e9put\u00e9 national, \u00c9ric Tshikuma a publi\u00e9 son point de vue sur le r\u00e9seau social X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0En 2019, l\u2019encours de la dette n\u2019\u00e9tait pas de 3 milliards USD mais de plus de 5,6 milliards USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre 2019 \u00e0 2023, il a accru de de 4,4 milliards USD pour atteindre 10 milliards USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contrairement aux pratiques du pass\u00e9, les ressources de la dette ont financ\u00e9 et financent encore des projets divers devant stimuler la croissance (sant\u00e9, \u00e9ducation, infrastructures, etc.) Les effets arriveront progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Le ratio dette\/PIB est \u00e0 17%, donc tr\u00e8s largement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la limite sup\u00e9rieure tol\u00e9r\u00e9e en Afrique, soit 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La capacit\u00e9 de remboursement est beaucoup plus grande et s\u2019agrandira davantage avec l\u2019accroissement du PIB et du Budget de l\u2019Etat en ressources propres ainsi que l\u2019accumulation des effets de la croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0L\u2019analyse de ratios de la dette indique que nous sommes un des pays les moins endett\u00e9s au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Pour un tel pays, il est n\u00e9cessaire de s\u2019endetter davantage pour des investissements porteurs de croissance inclusive, soutenue et durable. C\u2019est le cercle vertueux dans lequel le Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi engage le pays. Chaque congolais a l\u2019obligation patriotique d\u2019accompagner ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
