La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante (CENI) qu\u2019il a re\u00e7ue ce mercredi 17 avril 2024 \u00e0 son office s\u2019est content\u00e9e de justifier les causes de la non pr\u00e9sentation desdites preuves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On le sait, dans le but de rassembler des preuves suppl\u00e9mentaires contre les invalid\u00e9s des l\u00e9gislatives nationales du 20 d\u00e9cembre 2023, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation a lanc\u00e9, le 13 avril dernier, un appel \u00e0 t\u00e9moin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce mercredi, Firmin Mvonde a re\u00e7u une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de 7 experts de la CENI conduite par la secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutive nationale adjointe de la Centrale \u00e9lectorale, Marie-Jos\u00e9 Kapinga Bondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Au cours de cette r\u00e9union, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la CENI qui a reconnu n\u2019avoir pas transmis \u00e0 l\u2019Office de monsieur le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments techniques probants et individuels ayant milit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019invalidation desdits candidats, s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 les lui faire parvenir dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais, suivant le chronogramme consensuel retenu&nbsp;\u00bb, <\/em>a annonc\u00e9 la cellule de communication du PG pr\u00e8s de la Cour de cassation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a ajout\u00e9 que la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la CENI attribue ce retard aux \u00ab\u00a0<em>nombreuses sollicitations judiciaires dans les juridictions o\u00f9 ses agents comparaissent \u00e0 titre de renseignants\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternance.cd   via  CONGO PUB Online <\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 228<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation, Firmin Mvonde Mambu, n\u2019a pas (encore) obtenu les preuves qu\u2019il recherche pour consolider les accusations port\u00e9es contre les 82 candidats d\u00e9put\u00e9s nationaux&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":71,"featured_media":63716,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[844,58],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-63709","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-politiques"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
