La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a eu lieu \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Lumumba situ\u00e9 dans la commune de Limete \u00e0 Kinshasa, capitale de la RD-Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le ministre de l\u2019EPST, au total, 952.334 candidats r\u00e9partis dans 2.959 centres de passation, participent \u00e0 ces \u00e9preuves hors-session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Je tiens \u00e0 vous rappeler que le Congo D\u00e9mocratique d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain que nous voulons fort et prosp\u00e8re est fond\u00e9 sur des valeurs de paix, de justice et de travail, d\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9, d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et de probit\u00e9. Je vous invite donc \u00e0 ne pas c\u00e9der aux d\u00e9mons de la fraude, de la tricherie et de la collaboration qui avilissent la r\u00e9ussite et jettent le discr\u00e9dit sur tout notre syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif. Je vous convie \u00e0 un travail personnel bas\u00e9 sur la confiance en vous-m\u00eames et dans les comp\u00e9tences vous inf\u00e9r\u00e9es par vos enseignants durant toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire qui tend \u00e0 sa fin<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il exhort\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour se rassurer de la r\u00e9ussite de ces \u00e9preuves, le ministre de l\u2019EPST s\u2019est rendu, apr\u00e8s l\u2019Institut Lumumba, dans quelques autres centres de passation de la dissertation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 noter que sur les 2.959 centres de passation de ces \u00e9preuves, 13 centres fonctionnent en territoires hors-fronti\u00e8res dont 2 \u00e0 Luanda et \u00e0 Kabinda (Angola), 1 \u00e0 Kampala (Ouganda), 1 \u00e0 Kigali (Rwanda), 5 \u00e0 Bujumbura (Burundi) et 4 \u00e0 Kigoma (Tanzanie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mechack Wabeno<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
