C\u2019\u00e9tait lors de l\u2019audience du lundi dernier dans la capitale congolaise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re public a demand\u00e9 \u00e9galement la fermeture de son \u00e9glise situ\u00e9e sur l\u2019avenue Kabinda \u00e0 Lingwala, une des communes de la ville de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, ses avocats ont soutenu qu\u2019il n\u2019y a jamais eu de viol, affirmant que \u00ab<em>&nbsp;la pr\u00e9tendue victime est majeure et nie \u00e9galement toute notion de mariage forc\u00e9&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9e au 7 juin prochain pour le verdict final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut rappeler que le pasteur Pierre Kasambakana a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 Kinshasa le 8 janvier 2024, apr\u00e8s son douzi\u00e8me mariage \u00e0 Moanda, dans la province du Kongo Central.
