{"id":66051,"date":"2024-06-01T09:57:55","date_gmt":"2024-06-01T07:57:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=66051"},"modified":"2024-06-01T10:00:07","modified_gmt":"2024-06-01T08:00:07","slug":"flash-la-cour-constitutionnelle-rejette-la-decision-du-conseil-detat-annulant-lelection-de-grace-bilolo-comme-gouverneur-du-kongo-central","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=66051","title":{"rendered":"Flash : la cour constitutionnelle rejette la d\u00e9cision du conseil d\u2019\u00e9tat annulant l\u2019\u00e9lection de Gr\u00e2ce Bilolo comme gouverneur du Kongo-Central"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Cour Constitutionnelle, si\u00e9geant en mati\u00e8re d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et de contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, ce vendredi 31 mai, d\u2019annuler la d\u00e9cision du Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat portant r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019\u00e9lection du gouverneur et vice-gouverneur du Kongo-Central.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son arr\u00eat, cette haute institution judiciaire de la R\u00e9publique a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019avis du Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat annulant cette \u00e9lection est contraire \u00e0 la Constitution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce Bilolo est donc confirm\u00e9 gouverneur de la province du Kongo Central. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de rappeler que le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat avait annul\u00e9 cette \u00e9lection pour de cas d\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s. La Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante ( C\u00c9NI) avait m\u00eame fix\u00e9 la date du 7 juin prochain pour une nouvelle tenue d\u2019\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
