{"id":66169,"date":"2024-06-04T16:14:56","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T14:14:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=66169"},"modified":"2024-06-04T16:22:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T14:22:56","slug":"affrontements-fardc-m23-rdf-a-kanyabayonga-le-cicr-suspend-son-assistance-aux-deplaces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=66169","title":{"rendered":"Affrontements FARDC \u2013 M23\/RDF \u00e0 Kanyabayonga : Le CICR suspend son assistance aux d\u00e9plac\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 parvenu \u00e0 Actu30.cd, ce mardi 2 juin 2024, le Comit\u00e9 international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) annonce avoir suspendu, depuis le 30 mai 2024, sa distribution d\u2019aide alimentaire en faveur des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es install\u00e9es sur l\u2019axe Kanyabayonga \u2013 Burangiza et Bulindi dans la chefferie Bwito-Rutshuru, territoire de Lubero, au nord de la province du Nord-Kivu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le CICR motive sa d\u00e9cision par le rapprochement des affrontements entre les Forces gouvernementales de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo et le groupe arm\u00e9 M23 (Mouvement du 23 mars) autour de Kanyabayonga, qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 le d\u00e9placement de nombreux civils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Sur les 58 000 personnes cibl\u00e9es par cette assistance, nous avons pu servir 29.046 personnes. En collaboration avec les volontaires de la Croix-Rouge de la RDC, nous avons pu donner des rations compos\u00e9es de farine de ma\u00efs, de haricots, de l\u2019huile raffin\u00e9e et du sel iod\u00e9. Le but \u00e9tait de les aider \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins urgents en termes de nourriture&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, indique Myriam Favier, cheffe de la sous-d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du CICR \u00e0 Goma, au Nord-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s le CICR, les populations vis\u00e9es par l\u2019aide ont quitt\u00e9, entre le mois de janvier et mars 2024, leurs localit\u00e9s de la province du Nord-Kivu, notamment dans les territoires de Masisi, Rutshuru et Walikale, afin d\u2019\u00e9chapper aux affrontements arm\u00e9s dans la zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019etait la premi\u00e8re assistance que la plupart de ces familles re\u00e7oivent depuis janvier 2024. La majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es \u00e0 plusieurs reprises pour fuir la violence et ont perdu leurs moyens de subsistance. Face \u00e0 des combats qui se rapprochent, de nombreux m\u00e9nages se sont de nouveau d\u00e9plac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anderson Shada
