Le pasteur de l\u2019\u00c9glise primitive,\u00a0Pierre Kas Kasongo Kasamba Kana\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0\u00a011 ans\u00a0de prison et \u00e0 une amende de\u00a02 millions\u00a0de francs congolais par le tribunal de grande instance de\u00a0Kinshasa-Gombe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le responsable de cette confession a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable de harc\u00e8lement sur mineure et surtout de mariage forc\u00e9 contre une mineure. En plus, le tribunal a prononc\u00e9 d\u2019autres peines \u00e0 son encontre notamment les travaux forc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En&nbsp;<strong>janvier 2024,&nbsp;<\/strong>le num\u00e9ro un de cette \u00c9glise s\u2019\u00e9tait mari\u00e9 \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e mineure. Cette union avait cr\u00e9\u00e9 un toll\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et touch\u00e9 des sensibilit\u00e9s notamment les organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits des femmes.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs voix s\u2019\u00e9taient vivement \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour condamner la d\u00e9rive de l\u2019homme de Dieu. Un mandat d\u2019amener lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9. Pourtant, le\u00a0<strong>pasteur Kas Kasongo<\/strong>\u00a0n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e0 son premier forfait. Il est connu pour sa doctrine encourageant la polygamie. L\u2019\u00e9vangiliste a lui-m\u00eame contract\u00e9 mariage avec onze \u00e9pouses mais pour sa douzi\u00e8me dulcin\u00e9e confirm\u00e9e mineure apr\u00e8s des enqu\u00eates, l\u2019histoire s\u2019est mal tourn\u00e9e.
