F\u00e9licien Mulondani est \u00e9galement condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 payer des frais d\u2019instance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l\u2019ouverture de ce dossier, le minist\u00e8re public avait soulign\u00e9 que le retard de transmission des rapports violait les dispositions des articles 28 et 33 du r\u00e8glement de la comptabilit\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>James Arjoun
