Une \u00e9cole \u00e0 \u00e9tage s\u2019est \u00e9croul\u00e9. C\u2019est l\u2019institut Kalangala construit en planches, alors le plafond du premier niveau s\u2019est \u00e9croul\u00e9. C\u2019est ainsi que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui \u00e9tudiaient au premier niveau sont tomb\u00e9s. Ici, 23 \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gri\u00e8vement bless\u00e9s et 33 autres ont eu des petites blessures&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre-temps, le chef du quartier Les volcans annonce l\u2019ouverture des enqu\u00eates sur cet incident et fait savoir que les apprenants bless\u00e9s sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 intern\u00e9s dans une structure sanitaire de la place pour une
