La premi\u00e8re mesure prise si Jordan Bardella venait \u00e0 arriver \u00e0 Matignon\u00a0: la baisse de la TVA de 20 \u00e0 5,5% sur l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Mais une grosse partie du programme de Marine Le Pen \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2022 ne serait pas appliqu\u00e9e, en tout cas pas tout de suite.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jordan Bardella<\/strong>\u00a0appelle cela \u00ab\u00a0le second temps\u00a0\u00bb. Un large pan du\u00a0<strong>programme du Rassemblement national<\/strong>\u00a0(RN) que son patron repousse aux calendes grecques s&rsquo;il arrive \u00e0 Matignon. De la suppression de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t sur le revenu pour les moins de 30 ans, dont l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s contest\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&rsquo;interdiction du port du voile dans l&rsquo;espace public, en passant par la suspension tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteuse de la TVA sur les produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, \u00e9num\u00e8re\u00a0<strong>Pierrick Bonno<\/strong>, du service politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Temporisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;il est aux portes du pouvoir, le RN temporise et recule disent ses adversaires. Pourquoi ? Il y a d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;argument du financement : Jordan Bardella affirme avoir besoin d&rsquo;un audit des comptes de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat pour d\u00e9gager les \u00e9conomies indispensables \u00e0 certaines mesures. Il y a ensuite l&rsquo;argument juridique. Une partie du programme de l&rsquo;extr\u00eame droite,\u00a0<strong>notamment sur l&rsquo;immigration<\/strong>\u00a0et la lutte contre l&rsquo;islamisme, n\u00e9cessiterait une r\u00e9forme de la Constitution.
