{"id":67870,"date":"2024-07-02T10:59:58","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T08:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=67870"},"modified":"2024-07-02T13:33:07","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T11:33:07","slug":"kenya-ruto-annonce-des-emprunts-apres-labandon-des-nouvelles-taxes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=67870","title":{"rendered":"Kenya : Ruto annonce des emprunts apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;abandon des nouvelles taxes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Kenya se retrouve en pleine crise budg\u00e9taire apr\u00e8s le retrait d\u2019un projet de loi tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9 sur les finances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercredi dernier, le pr\u00e9sident William Ruto a abandonn\u00e9 les hausses d\u2019imp\u00f4ts propos\u00e9es suite \u00e0 des manifestations meurtri\u00e8res qui ont conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;incendie du parlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour combler le d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire de pr\u00e8s de 2,7 milliards de dollars, le gouvernement k\u00e9nyan a annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il devra emprunter pr\u00e8s d\u2019un trillion de shillings, soit environ 7,6 milliards de dollars.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En parall\u00e8le, des mesures d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 seront mises en place, touchant notamment les d\u00e9penses publiques pour les enseignants et les services de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 le retrait du projet de loi, la col\u00e8re persiste dans les rues.
