C\u2019\u00e9tait au cours d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise d\u2019armes au Commissariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la PNC, \u00e0 Kinshasa, capitale de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son allocution, le ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, d\u00e9centralisation et affaires coutumi\u00e8res s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la Police, notamment en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Il s\u2019est, en outre, engag\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler efficacement pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la population et de leurs biens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Mon mandat mettra un accent sur l\u2019assainissement et la ma\u00eetrise des effectifs de la Police nationale, le recrutement et la formation des agents de la PNC, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au sein de la PNC, la construction et la r\u00e9habilitation des Commissariats, la construction des Quartiers g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, des structures m\u00e9dicales, etc<\/em>.&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La Police nationale congolaise est apolitique et au service de la nation congolaise. Nul ne peut la d\u00e9tourner \u00e0 ses fins propres<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le patron de la Territoriale a appel\u00e9 les policiers \u00e0 bannir les antivaleurs, entre autres, la
