{"id":68360,"date":"2024-07-08T10:28:07","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T08:28:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=68360"},"modified":"2024-07-08T10:33:48","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T08:33:48","slug":"kasai-oriental-le-gouverneur-mbuebua-inspecte-les-infrastructures-routieres-et-aeroportuaires-en-construction-a-mbuji-mayi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=68360","title":{"rendered":"Kasa\u00ef Oriental : Le gouverneur Mbuebua inspecte les infrastructures routi\u00e8res et a\u00e9roportuaires en construction \u00e0 Mbuji-Mayi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>D\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 faire le suivi des projets pr\u00e9sidentiels ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s au Kasa\u00ef Oriental, le gouverneur Jean-Paul Mbuebua Kapo, a effectu\u00e9, le samedi 06 juillet 2024, une visite d\u2019inspection sur plusieurs chantiers ouverts \u00e0 travers la ville de Mbuji-Mayi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif provincial a \u00e9t\u00e9 tour \u00e0 tour \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Bipemba o\u00f9 il a visit\u00e9 le nouveau tarmac, la centrale \u00e9lectrique, la caserne anti-incendie, le champ solaire, la tour de contr\u00f4le, ainsi que le DVOR (Doppler VHF Omni Directional Range), qui est un syst\u00e8me de radio navigation \u00e0 courte\/moyenne port\u00e9e utilis\u00e9 pour aider les a\u00e9ronefs \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer leur position et leurs directions de vol par rapport \u00e0 leur destination en utilisant des signaux VHF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur place, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 provinciale a re\u00e7u les explications techniques de la part des ing\u00e9nieurs et du commandant d\u2019a\u00e9roport, Romain Tshinyama. Ce dernier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s que rencontre ce chantier en logistique, surtout en ce qui concerne l\u2019approvisionnement et l\u2019espace. Il a sollicit\u00e9 l\u2019entremise du gouverneur de province pour rendre disponibles les espaces pour un bon d\u00e9roulement de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s, le chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif provincial a visit\u00e9 les travaux sur l\u2019avenue Monseigneur Nkongolo o\u00f9 le projet de lutte anti-\u00e9rosive et construction de la chauss\u00e9e de 1462 m est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise Safrimex d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 30,5%. Plusieurs difficult\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 par l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Marcel Mbikayi Mande, notamment le manque de terre de remblayage. Il y a donc n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recourir \u00e0 l\u2019expropriation des terrains sur les espaces d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9limit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette ronde, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 provinciale s\u2019est dit satisfaite de l\u2019\u00e9volution du travail abattu par les entreprises recrut\u00e9es. Pour ce qui concerne les difficult\u00e9s lui pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, il a promis de les r\u00e9soudre dans un temps record.
