Dans son arr\u00eat rendu ce lundi 8 juillet, la Cour s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e incomp\u00e9tente pour juger le s\u00e9nateur\u00bb<\/em>, rapporte Me Herv\u00e9 Diakiese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9nateur Salomon Idi Kalonda, opposant politique et cadre du parti Ensemble pour la R\u00e9publique ne sera plus poursuivi par la justice militaire, puisqu\u2019il est rev\u00eatu de ses immunit\u00e9s parlementaires.
