{"id":68642,"date":"2024-07-11T10:55:09","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=68642"},"modified":"2024-07-11T10:57:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T08:57:13","slug":"jacquemain-shabani-la-circulation-incontrolee-et-la-manipulation-facile-des-armes-favorisent-des-meurtres-et-assassinats-en-rdc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=68642","title":{"rendered":"Jacquemain Shabani : \u00ab La circulation incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et la manipulation facile des armes favorisent des meurtres et assassinats en RDC \u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>En marge de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la journ\u00e9e internationale de destruction des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petit calibre c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e le 9 juillet, le vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, Jacquemain Shabani a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la circulation incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et la manipulation facile des armes sont aujourd&rsquo;hui une source de plusieurs meurtres et assassinats en RDC et partout dans le monde.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ministre a tenu ces propos, mercredi 10 juillet, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la destruction de plusieurs armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres dans la cit\u00e9 de Kasangulu au Kongo-Central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette op\u00e9ration de destruction a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par la Commission nationale de contr\u00f4le des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres, et de la r\u00e9duction de la violence arm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon John C\u00e9sar Bofaka, responsable de cette commission, les armes d\u00e9truites \u00e9taient inutilisables. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de certaines personnes dont des bandits qui les d\u00e9tenaient ill\u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le gouverneur du Kongo-Central, Gr\u00e2ce Nkunanga Masunagi Bilolo a salu\u00e9 les efforts fournis par le chef de l&rsquo;Etat pour le maintien de la paix en RDC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autorit\u00e9 provinciale a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0une \u00e9troite collaboration entre les hommes en uniforme et la population locale afin de mutualiser les efforts dans la lutte contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, la criminalit\u00e9 urbaine et autres actes de barbarie caus\u00e9s par les ennemis de la R\u00e9publique au
