A travers un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public ce mardi 16 juillet, le minist\u00e8re rapporte \u00ab&nbsp;qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les Officiers de Police Judiciaire et Officiers du Minist\u00e8re Public ne transmettent pas \u00e0 la Commission de Gestion des Biens Saisis et Confisqu\u00e9s, COGEBISCO en sigle, les objets saisis et les proc\u00e8s-verbaux y
