{"id":69706,"date":"2024-07-25T10:23:41","date_gmt":"2024-07-25T08:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=69706"},"modified":"2024-07-25T10:28:03","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T08:28:03","slug":"dossier-igf-gecamines-lacaj-lodep-et-la-licoco-appellent-a-un-apaisement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=69706","title":{"rendered":"Dossier IGF \u2013 GECAMINES : l\u2019ACAJ, l\u2019ODEP et la LICOCO appellent \u00e0 un apaisement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u00c0 travers une correspondance conjointe publi\u00e9e le mardi 23 juillet, l\u2019Association congolaise pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice (ACAJ), l\u2019Observatoire de la d\u00e9pense publique ( ODEP) et la Ligue congolaise contre la corruption ( LICOCO) appellent \u00e0 l\u2019apaisement dans le dossier du contrat entre l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances ( IGF) et la G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des carri\u00e8res et des mines (GECAMINES).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon cette correspondance dont une copie est parvenue \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction d\u2019Actu30.cd, ces trois structures de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la lutte contre la corruption estiment que la Cour des comptes et l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances, deux institutions d\u00e9positaires des finances publiques, doivent travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration pour \u00e9riger des ponts de convergence afin de veiller \u00e0 la promotion du bien-\u00eatre collectif, tributaire d\u2019une gestion saine et transparente de d\u00e9niers publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sied de noter que l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances avait sign\u00e9 un contrat de consultance avec la G\u00c9CAMINES pour la formation de ses agents. Le 17 juillet dernier, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour des comptes avait lanc\u00e9 des invitations \u00e0 l\u2019Inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des finances chef de service, Jules Alingete, ses collaborateurs, ainsi qu\u2019au directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la GECAMINES pour s\u2019expliquer sur ce dossier. Des invitations que plusieurs structures et des personnalit\u00e9s avaient d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es, car, selon elles, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour des comptes n\u2019a pas comp\u00e9tence d\u2019inviter les inspecteurs de l\u2019IGF et ces derniers ne peuvent \u00eatre entendus pour des faits d\u00e9coulant de leur travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Josu\u00e9
