{"id":69925,"date":"2024-07-29T12:00:48","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T10:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=69925"},"modified":"2024-07-29T12:51:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T10:51:45","slug":"kasai-le-nouveau-gouvernement-provincial-investi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=69925","title":{"rendered":"Kasa\u00ef : Le nouveau gouvernement provincial investi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>L\u2019investiture du gouvernement provincial du Kasa\u00ef est intervenue, samedi, \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale du Kasa\u00ef et ce, apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentation et d\u00e9fense du programme d\u2019action quinquennal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vingt-quatre (24) d\u00e9put\u00e9s sur les Vingt-six (26) pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, ont adopt\u00e9 ce programme quinquennal qui reprend cinq (5) axes propri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cinq (5) axes prioritaires sont : politique, administratif<br>et s\u00e9curitaire, \u00e9conomie et financier, socio-culturel, infrastructures socio-\u00e9conomique de base, coop\u00e9ration et d\u00e9veloppement de la province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien avant l\u2019investiture, certains \u00e9lus provinciaux ont estim\u00e9 que ce programme \u00e9tait non chiffr\u00e9 et superficiel. Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019on aurait d\u00fb le refaire et reporter l\u2019investiture, ont-ils soutenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>C\u2019est un programme qui n\u2019a pas de chiffres, on ne sait pas comment l\u2019\u00e9valuer.
