L’arm\u00e9e isra\u00e9lienne a men\u00e9 une frappe mardi 30 juillet sur la banlieue sud de Beyrouth, bastion du Hezbollah libanais, visant selon elle un commandant\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0responsable<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb de l’attaque meurtri\u00e8re sur le plateau du Golan auquel Isra\u00ebl avait promis de riposter. Aucun bilan\u00a0officiel n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9, mais les m\u00e9dias libanais font \u00e9tat d’une femme tu\u00e9e et dix-sept bless\u00e9s, dont six enfants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le raid a\u00e9rien isra\u00e9lien a vis\u00e9 le c\u0153ur de la banlieue sud de Beyrouth, un fief du Hezbollah, et les puissantes explosions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendues dans toute la capitale et sa p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie. Au moins deux missiles ont d\u00e9truit plusieurs \u00e9tages d\u2019un immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d\u2019un h\u00f4pital, \u00e0 un kilom\u00e8tre \u00e0 vol d\u2019oiseau de l\u2019a\u00e9roport international, explique notre correspondant \u00e0 Beyrouth, Paul<\/strong> Khalifeh<\/strong>. Une \u00e9norme colonne de fum\u00e9e a recouvert le quartier de Haret Hreik, cible du raid o\u00f9 se situent la plupart des institutions du Hezbollah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les si\u00e8ges du bloc parlementaire et celui du Conseil de la Choura, la plus haute instance du parti chiite, se trouvent dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre vis\u00e9. Des vid\u00e9os mises en ligne quelques minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019attaque montrent une rue recouverte de gravats et de verre bris\u00e9, et des voitures en feu. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une heure apr\u00e8s le raid, les m\u00e9dias du Hezbollah se sont content\u00e9s de rapporter une puissante explosion dans la banlieue sud de Beyrouth, sans fournir plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab L’arm\u00e9e isra\u00e9lienne a men\u00e9 une attaque cibl\u00e9e \u00e0 Beyrouth contre le commandant responsable du meurtre des enfants de Majdal Shams et de nombreux autres civils isra\u00e9liens <\/em>\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 l’arm\u00e9e dans un communiqu\u00e9, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l’attaque samedi dans cette ville druze, dans la partie du plateau syrien du Golan annex\u00e9e par Isra\u00ebl, o\u00f9 12 jeunes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon une source proche du Hezbollah, Fouad Chokr, le commandant militaire vis\u00e9 par le raid \u00ab\u00a0a \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 la frappe isra\u00e9lienne<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Les \u00c9tats-Unis avaient offert en 2017 une r\u00e9compense de 5 millions de dollars pour toute information le concernant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9, le Premier ministre libanais Najib Mikatil a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 un \u00ab acte criminel<\/em> \u00bb et a appel\u00e9 \u00ab la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s et faire pression pour contraindre Isra\u00ebl \u00e0 arr\u00eater son agression et ses menaces et appliquer les r\u00e9solutions internationales<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre isra\u00e9lien de la D\u00e9fense, Yoav Gallant, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mardi soir sur son compte X que \u00ab le Hezbollah a franchi la ligne rouge <\/em>\u00bb, quelques minutes apr\u00e8s l’annonce de la frappe men\u00e9e par l’arm\u00e9e isra\u00e9lienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette frappe intervient quelques jours apr\u00e8s qu’Isra\u00ebl s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 riposter \u00e0 l’attaque meurtri\u00e8re de samedi sur le plateau du Golan annex\u00e9, imput\u00e9e au Hezbollah soutenu par l’Iran. Le groupe avait ni\u00e9 toute implication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Russie a accus\u00e9 Isra\u00ebl de violation du droit international apr\u00e8s cette frappe. \u00ab C’est une violation grossi\u00e8re du droit international <\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re russe des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res aux agences russes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
