{"id":71009,"date":"2024-08-14T11:52:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T09:52:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=71009"},"modified":"2024-08-14T12:37:59","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:37:59","slug":"la-bcc-capte-2355-milliards-de-cdf-via-la-titrisation-de-sa-creance-sur-le-tresor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=71009","title":{"rendered":"la BCC capte 23,55 milliards de CDF via la titrisation de sa cr\u00e9ance sur le Tr\u00e9sor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), \u00e0 travers le minist\u00e8re des Finances, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9, en date du 13 ao\u00fbt 2024, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission des Obligations du Tr\u00e9sor au profit de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC) pour un montant arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 23,55 milliards de Francs congolais (CDF), soit pr\u00e8s de 8,2 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains (USD).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es ressortent d\u2019un communiqu\u00e9 du Ministre des Finances, Doudou Fwamba Likunde, dat\u00e9 du 12 ao\u00fbt 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sied de noter que cette op\u00e9ration consiste en la titrisation de la cr\u00e9ance de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC) sur le Tr\u00e9sor public. La maturit\u00e9 de ce titre financier est de trois (3) ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant au remboursement, le ou les soumissionnaire (s) obtiendra (obtiendront) la totalit\u00e9 du montant mis en adjudication le 13 ao\u00fbt 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une Obligation du Tr\u00e9sor index\u00e9e, rappelons-le, est un titre de cr\u00e9ance remboursable \u00e0 moyen ou long terme (dur\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 3 ans) \u00e9mis par le Tr\u00e9sor public d\u2019un \u00c9tat, soit par voie de syndication (accessible via un groupement d\u2019\u00e9tablissements financiers) soit par voie d\u2019adjudication (ench\u00e8res).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, l\u2019\u00e9mission des Obligations du Tr\u00e9sor au profit de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC) signifie que le Tr\u00e9sor public doit de l\u2019argent \u00e0 la Banque Centrale du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet effet, le Gouvernement \u00e9met des Obligations du Tr\u00e9sor (instruments financiers) pour payer ses dettes vis-\u00e0-vis de la Banque Centrale du Congo \u00e0 un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat donn\u00e9 et pour une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que le Gouvernement a \u00e9mis les Obligations du Tr\u00e9sor au profit de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC), expliquent certains experts, la BCC peut aussi titriser ses cr\u00e9ances (ce qui lui est d\u00fb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La titrisation va donc consister \u00e0 vendre ce que le Tr\u00e9sor public lui doit en petits titres \u00e0 des particuliers ou des entreprises pour sortir cette dette de son bilan, notamment dans le cadre d\u2019un \u00e9ventuel assainissement des \u00e9tats financiers de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mitterrand MASAMUNA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zoomeco via CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 375<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><H6 style=\"color : red\"> Date limite : 18 Aout 2024<\/H6><\/BR><B>NUMERO DE REFERENCE : RH\/OE\/KIN\/08\/2024\/01<\/B><\/BR><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":74,"featured_media":32700,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[844,46],"tags":[2691,7687,2749],"class_list":["post-71009","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-business-news","tag-bcc","tag-titrisation","tag-tresor"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v25.4) -
