Des \u00e9chauffour\u00e9es ont eu lieu dans la soir\u00e9e de vendredi 16 aout \u00e0 Goma (Nord-Kivu), plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans et autour du village Ihusi, o\u00f9 des sc\u00e8nes de pillage et barricades de la route ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9es.\u00a0C\u2019est dans ce village justement que devrait se tenir le deuxi\u00e8me concert de l\u2019artiste musicien Fally Ipupa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un membre du comit\u00e9 organisateur soutient que le concert a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 pour des raisons s\u00e9curitaires. Il promet de rembourser les frais des billets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019espace village Ihusi \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 rempli par les fans de l\u2019artiste Fally Ipupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annonc\u00e9 pour d\u00e9buter autour de 15 heures locales, puis 16 heures, le spectacle n\u2019a pu avoir lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019impatience, autour de 19 heures, de morceaux de l\u2019artiste ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jou\u00e9s en mix pour tenter d\u2019apaiser les spectateurs impatients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, les premi\u00e8res rumeurs d’annulation ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 circuler vers 20 heures, \u00e9voquant des \u00ab causes s\u00e9curitaires \u00bb. Cette nouvelle a rapidement engendr\u00e9 frustration et confusion parmi les spectateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du coup, tout a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mal tourner. Certains fans en col\u00e8re ont alors jet\u00e9 des pierres sur le podium et quelques biens appartenant aux musiciens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des manifestants spontan\u00e9s ont barricad\u00e9 la route du march\u00e9 Kituku, au quartier Kyeshero. Cette situation a pouss\u00e9 les forces de l\u2019ordre \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des tirs de sommation pour tenter de disperser les manifestants et r\u00e9tablir l\u2019ordre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est seulement autour de minuit qu\u2019un des producteurs de Fally Ipupa a fait circuler un communiqu\u00e9 pour appeler au calme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon ce dernier, le concert a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite des alertes s\u00e9curitaires. Il annonce qu\u2019une \u00e9quipe sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au m\u00eame site du village Ihusi ce samedi pour rembourser les frais, moyennant pr\u00e9sentation du billet d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
