Msallem avait \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9 \u00e0 son domicile par une \u00ab\u00a0personne non identifi\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb dimanche matin et que d&rsquo;autres employ\u00e9s avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 menac\u00e9s d&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La banque centrale a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ses op\u00e9rations ne reprendraient pas tant que M. Msallem n&rsquo;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9. \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La banque centrale, qui est ind\u00e9pendante, mais appartient \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9tat libyen, est le seul d\u00e9positaire internationalement reconnu des revenus p\u00e9troliers libyens, un revenu \u00e9conomique vital pour un pays d\u00e9chir\u00e9 depuis des ann\u00e9es entre deux gouvernements rivaux \u00e0 Tripoli et Benghazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela survient une semaine apr\u00e8s que la banque centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 assi\u00e9g\u00e9e par des hommes arm\u00e9s, selon l&rsquo;agence de presse AFP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les m\u00e9dias locaux, cit\u00e9s par l&rsquo;AFP, les hommes arm\u00e9s ont agi ainsi pour forcer la d\u00e9mission du gouverneur de la banque, Seddik al-Kabir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En poste depuis 2012, M.
