{"id":71674,"date":"2024-08-23T10:01:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T08:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=71674"},"modified":"2024-08-23T10:10:50","modified_gmt":"2024-08-23T08:10:50","slug":"rdc-dieudonne-kamuleta-interpelle-les-magistrats-a-cesser-toute-action-pouvant-impacter-negativement-sur-la-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=71674","title":{"rendered":"RDC : Dieudonn\u00e9 Kamuleta interpelle les magistrats \u00e0 cesser toute action pouvant impacter n\u00e9gativement sur la justice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature, Dieudonn\u00e9 Kamuleta Badibanga, a \u00e9chang\u00e9 le mercredi 21 ao\u00fbt, \u00e0 Kinshasa, avec le 6 syndicats de magistrats reconnus en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 centr\u00e9 sur le malentendu ou gu\u00e9guerre qui r\u00e8gne entre les syndicats des magistrats de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo et le ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat en charge de la justice et garde des Sceaux, Constant Mutamba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature a tap\u00e9 du poing sur la table contre l\u2019approche des magistrats syndicalistes dans leurs d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le num\u00e9ro un de la plus grande instance judiciaire de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, a aussi fustig\u00e9 l\u2019usage des r\u00e9seaux sociaux par les magistrats pour r\u00e9gler leur diff\u00e9rend avec le ministre de la justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<em>L\u2019image publique que nous avons ces derniers temps risque de nous amener ou de donner une lecture pas correcte de ce que nous sommes. Je vous rappelle que vous \u00eates d\u2019abord magistrats , vous \u00eates membres d\u2019un pouvoir, ce qu\u2019il fait que votre action syndicale doit se d\u00e9marquer, et que dans vos revendications montrent r\u00e9element que vous \u00eates des hommes et des femmes d\u2019\u00c9tat. L\u2019opinion qui se d\u00e9gage maintenant fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un bras de fer entre les magistrats et le ministre de la justice , et cette image l\u00e0 ne peut \u00eatre accept\u00e9e<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00bb. A-t-il dit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et d\u2019ajouter :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<em>Faisons en sorte que ce qui s\u2019est fait ne puisse plus se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter , s\u2019il y a des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 r\u00e9gler, vous connaissez la proc\u00e9dure, il faut faire un pas vers l\u2019autorit\u00e9 qui aurait touch\u00e9 ou pi\u00e9tin\u00e9 le prestige si c\u2019est del\u00e0 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit , n\u2019oublions pas qu\u2019un mot peut \u00eatre sujet \u00e0 des incompr\u00e9hensions et faire croire \u00e0 l\u2019inimiti\u00e9 , faire croire \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il n\u2019y a m\u00eame pas un probl\u00e8me<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sied de noter que, dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 15 ao\u00fbt dernier, le Syndicat autonome des magistrats du Congo (SYNAMAC), l\u2019un des principaux syndicats des magistrats avait accus\u00e9 le ministre de la Justice dans ses sorties m\u00e9diatiques \u00e0 vouloir rendre les magistrats seuls responsables de la mauvaise administration de la justice.
