Elle s\u2019appuie \u00e9galement sur le rapport de l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances (IGF) relatif aux actes de megestion des fonds au sein de cette universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Professeure Ibebeka Ivonne est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e Rectrice de cet \u00e9tablissement universitaire, le Professeur Jean Lohaka est nomm\u00e9 secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral acad\u00e9mique. Par ailleurs, lew Professeur Albert Phongi et Benita Nyakakonda sont nomm\u00e9s respectivement secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la recherche et SG administratif, alors que Sypho Ilunga est
