Le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de Cassation, Firmin Mvonde Mambu, a officiellement lanc\u00e9, le lundi 2 septembre 2024, une mission d\u2019inspection au Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Kinshasa\/Gombe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 cette occasion , il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de 10 magistrats qui vont mener cette inspection, aux membres du Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Kinshasa\/Gombe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon lui, durant cette inspection, les dossiers de chaque magistrat sera pass\u00e9 au crible, dans le but de justifier les actes pos\u00e9s par chacun d\u2019entre eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette d\u00e9marche, a fait savoir le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la r\u00e9dynamisation de l\u2019action de la justice \u00e0 travers la R\u00e9publique. Il a, en outre, annonc\u00e9 que des sanctions seront prises contre les magistrats qui ont pos\u00e9 des actes qui vont \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de lois et textes du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Ces magistrats sont l\u00e0 dans le cadre de discipliner le corps judiciaire. L\u2019inspection va aller de fond en comble, dossier par dossier, selon le respect du aux lois de la R\u00e9publique et aussi \u00e0 mes circulaires. Des magistrats, qui seront pris la main dans le sac, se verront sanctionn\u00e9s. Nous sommes ici pour concr\u00e9tiser la volont\u00e9 du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi <\/em>\u00bb, a dit le PG Firmin Mvonde Mambu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 noter que cette inspection au Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Kinshasa\/Gombe va durer 7 jours. Elle sera pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e par une journ\u00e9e porte ouverte ce week-end dans cette instance judiciaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
