{"id":73254,"date":"2024-09-12T11:57:49","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T09:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=73254"},"modified":"2024-09-12T12:19:26","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T10:19:26","slug":"seth-kikuni-nest-pas-decede-rassure-son-avocat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=73254","title":{"rendered":"Seth Kikuni n\u2019est pas d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9, rassure son avocat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u00c0 travers une mise au point faite ce jeudi 12 septembre, Ma\u00eetre Ramazani Shabani, l\u2019un des avocats de Seth Kikuni d\u00e9ment la rumeur sur le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de son client telle que r\u00e9pandue sur la toile.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur son compte X, il renseigne que 11 jours apr\u00e8s son arrestation, ni sa famille, ni ses avocats n\u2019ont pas eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 lui malgr\u00e9 son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, d\u2019avant son arrestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon sa d\u00e9claration, la famille du leader du parti politique \u00a0\u00bbPISTE\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9met des craintes sur la vie de cet ancien candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2023 et \u00ab\u00a0sur les pratiques physiques et chimiques qui seraient exerc\u00e9es sur lui en ce moment\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La famille de Seth Kikuni \u00e0 travers son avocat exige la lib\u00e9ration sans condition de son client ainsi que le respect de ces droits fondamentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, cet avocat annonce que la famille de l\u2019opposant congolais Seth Kikuni n\u2019exclut pas la possibilit\u00e9 de saisir la justice tant nationale, internationale que celle d\u2019autres pays d\u00e9mocratiques contre les responsables de l\u2019ANR pour s\u00e9questration et arrestation arbitraire de Seth Kikuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sied de noter que l\u2019ancien candidat aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2018 et 2023, Seth Kikuni a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 le lundi 2 septembre dernier avec ses deux collaborateurs. Ces derniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rel\u00e2ch\u00e9s quelques jours apr\u00e8s.
