{"id":73715,"date":"2024-09-17T09:40:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T07:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=73715"},"modified":"2024-09-17T09:46:24","modified_gmt":"2024-09-17T07:46:24","slug":"trois-morts-dans-une-attaque-de-la-milice-codeco-a-djugu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=73715","title":{"rendered":"Assembl\u00e9e nationale : Judith Suminwa d\u00e9pose le projet de Budget 2025 chiffr\u00e9 \u00e0 18 milliards USD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La Premi\u00e8re ministre Judith Suminwa a d\u00e9pos\u00e9, lundi 16 septembre au bureau de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale trois textes, dont le\u00a0projet du budget de l&rsquo;Etat exercice 2025,\u00a0chiffr\u00e9 \u00e0 49 847 milliards de francs congolais, soit environ 18 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ce lundi pr\u00e9sente une augmentation d&rsquo;environ 21% par rapport au budget de l&rsquo;exercice 2024, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 40.986,0 milliards de francs congolais, soit un peu plus de 16 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judith Suminwa dit s&rsquo;attaquer aux questions relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et au r\u00e9tablissement de la paix sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire national, \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du pouvoir d&rsquo;achat de la population, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, aux investissements et \u00e0 la promotion de l&rsquo;agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cheffe du Gouvernement a annonc\u00e9 une augmentation de 13% des ressources allou\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;agriculture, afin de promouvoir cette activit\u00e9 primaire de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>On a une augmentation de pr\u00e8s de 14% au niveau des investissements ainsi qu&rsquo;une augmentation de 13% des ressources allou\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;agriculture. Nous allons continuer les r\u00e9formes sur la gratuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enseignement de base, en mettant l&rsquo;accent, un peu plus, sur la qualit\u00e9 des enseignements. Il y a une am\u00e9lioration au niveau aussi de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des enseignants, mais aussi pour l&rsquo;ensemble de la fonction publique<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Judith Suminwa \u00e0 la presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mat\u00e9rialisation du programme de d\u00e9veloppement local des 145 territoires (PDL-145T) est \u00e9galement align\u00e9e parmi les priorit\u00e9s du Gouvernement. L&rsquo;Ex\u00e9cutif met aussi un accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement rural en RDC, \u00e0 travers notamment les infrastructures routi\u00e8res, les routes nationales, les routes inter-provinciales et celles de dessertes agricoles ainsi que les voies fluviales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la m\u00eame occasion, la Premi\u00e8re ministre a aussi d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au bureau de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale
