Son transf\u00e8rement des locaux de l\u2019ANR vers cette prison est confirm\u00e9 \u00e0 Radio Okapi par son parti politique et sa famille. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2023 et 2018 avait comparu vendredi 13 septembre dans la soir\u00e9e devant le parquet pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Kinshasa Gombe. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 auditionn\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence de ses avocats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s son charg\u00e9 de communication, Gabriel Musafiri, il fait l\u2019objet d\u2019accusations concernant plusieurs actes contraires \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat, notamment la propagation de faux bruits et l\u2019incitation \u00e0 la d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Apr\u00e8s&nbsp;l\u2019audition il est retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Agence nationale de renseignement (ANR),&nbsp;tout en restant \u00e0 la&nbsp;disposition de la justice<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, avait signifi\u00e9 &nbsp;Gabriel Musafiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon ses proches,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiookapi.net\/2024\/09\/02\/actualite\/politique\/rdc-lopposant-seth-kikuni-detenu-lanr\">Seth Kikuni<\/a>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 et \u00ab d\u00e9tenu arbitrairement \u00bb depuis lundi 2 septembre par des agents de l\u2019ANR. Depuis lors, plusieurs acteurs politiques, activistes des droits de l\u2019homme et de&nbsp;la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile r\u00e9clament sa lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019arrestation de Seth Kikuni \u00e9tait intervenue quelques heures apr\u00e8s la publication d\u2019une information sur son compte X (Twitter), en rapport avec l\u2019\u00e9vasion survenue \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala \u00e0 Kinshasa, o\u00f9 il r\u00e9futait la th\u00e8se de la tentative d&rsquo;\u00e9vasion meurtri\u00e8re avanc\u00e9e par les
