Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi Tshilombo, a inaugur\u00e9, ce mardi 19 novembre, le nouveau b\u00e2timent de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale du Haut-Katanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son discours, le gouverneur de la province a rendu hommage au Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo pour le choix port\u00e9 en son personne comme candidat gouverneur de cette province lors des \u00e9lections pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gouverneur du Haut-Katanga s\u2019est invit\u00e9 aussi au d\u00e9bat sur le changement de la Constitution. Selon Jacques Kyabula, face \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9alisations sign\u00e9es F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, aucun congolais ne peut s\u2019opposer au initiatives du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, m\u00eame celle du changement de la constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00bbFort de toutes ces r\u00e9alisations qui ont un impact visible sur la vie de nos concitoyens, il y a lieu de s\u2019interroger, qui s\u2019opposerait au changement qui change les mentalit\u00e9s ? Qui s\u2019opposerait au changement qui change les modes de gestion de l\u2019\u00c9tat et donc au changement de la Constitution ?, qui ne soutiendrait pas des innovations constitutionnelles destin\u00e9es \u00e0 stabiliser les provinces et \u00e0 renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s afin qu\u2019elles soient en mesure de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la retenue de 40% \u00e0 la source afin de financer leurs projets pour leur d\u00e9veloppement ?\u2019<\/em>\u2018, s\u2019est il interrog\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 noter que ce b\u00e2timent de quatre niveaux dont les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s en 2019 par le pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, comprend 48 bureaux pour chacun de 48 d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux, un h\u00e9micycle de 500 places assises et un parking de plus de 200 v\u00e9hicules. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit sur fonds propre de la province du Haut-Katanga, sous la conduite du Gouverneur Jacques Kyabula Katwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
