Le dossier de l&rsquo;opposant est clos depuis mercredi 20 novembre \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tribunal de paix de Kinshasa-Gombe l&rsquo;a pris en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et rendra son verdict dans le d\u00e9lai de la loi, soit le 27 novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re public demande au juge de reconnaitre Seth Kikuni coupable d&rsquo;incitation \u00e0 la d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance civique et de propagation de faux bruits lors d&rsquo;un \u00e9change avec les militants de son parti \u00e0 Lubumbashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de ce rassemblement, il avait demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ses interlocuteurs de se lever et braver la peur, affirmant que le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique aurait trich\u00e9 aux \u00e9lections.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil du pr\u00e9venu plaide non coupable estimant que son client jouait bien son r\u00f4le d&rsquo;opposant en s&rsquo;entretenant avec sa base et que ses propos ne doivent pas \u00eatre constitutifs des infractions lui imput\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il sollicite son acquittement pur et simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est le 23 octobre qu&rsquo;a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le proc\u00e8s du pr\u00e9sident de Piste pour l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence, apr\u00e8s sa d\u00e9tention prolong\u00e9e dans les installations des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seth Kikuni a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 depuis le 2 septembre par des agents de l\u2019Agence nationale de renseignement (ANR), avant d\u2019\u00eatre remis \u00e0 son juge naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RADIO OKAPI via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 201<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le minist\u00e8re public a requis la peine de trois ans contre l&rsquo;opposant Seth Kikuni.
