Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9e par Jacques Djoli, rapporteur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, qui a assur\u00e9 qu\u2019une nouvelle date sera annonc\u00e9e prochainement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son communiqu\u00e9, Jacques Djoli a expliqu\u00e9 que le report \u00e9tait du \u00e0 des contraintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019horaire de travail au sein du gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le courrier concernant la motion n\u2019a pas pu \u00eatre r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 \u00e0 temps par les services de la Primature et du minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures. Ce document sera re\u00e7u ce lundi 25 novembre, permettant ainsi de respecter les principes du droit de la d\u00e9fense et du contradictoire, tels que stipul\u00e9s par la constitution et le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La motion de d\u00e9fiance, sign\u00e9e par 58 d\u00e9put\u00e9s, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e le vendredi 22 novembre 2024. Les signataires, issus principalement de l\u2019Union sacr\u00e9e, expriment leur m\u00e9contentement face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat des infrastructures routi\u00e8res dans la capitale, qu\u2019ils jugent d\u00e9plorable.<br>Ils font valoir que \u00ab&nbsp;ces conditions sont indignes d\u2019une R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo et qu\u2019elles nuisent \u00e0 l\u2019image du
