Conform\u00e9ment aux articles 146 et 147 de la Constitution ainsi que 235 et 236 du R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, cette motion devrait \u00eatre soumise \u00e0 l\u2019examen et au vote de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re dans les 48 heures apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Annonc\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assemble nationale, Vital Kamerhe, pour lundi dernier, l\u2019examen de la motion de d\u00e9fiance contre le ministre des ITPR a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 une date ult\u00e9rieure. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019une semaine apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9p\u00f4t, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s auteurs de la motion reviennent \u00e0 la charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un d\u2019eux, C\u00e9lestin Engelemba de l\u2019UDPS, invite le bureau de la Chambre basse du Parlement \u00e0 convoquer la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re pour examiner cette motion conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour, la motion garde sa valeur intrins\u00e8que. On est dans la loi&nbsp;! Nous attendons que la motion soit d\u00e9battue (\u2026) Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas d\u2019animosit\u00e9 contre un ministre. Mais, nous voulons seulement suivre notre mission de contr\u00f4ler les actions du Gouvernement&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes les tentatives de Radio Okapi visant \u00e0 faire r\u00e9agir le bureau de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale n\u2019ont pas abouti.
