Le gouvernement de Michel Barnier, nomm\u00e9 d\u00e9but septembre par Emmanuel Macron sans majorit\u00e9 claire \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale, a \u00e9t\u00e9 censur\u00e9 par les oppositions de gauche et d’extr\u00eame droite ce mercredi 4 d\u00e9cembre dans la soir\u00e9e, une premi\u00e8re en France depuis 1962.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les deux blocs d’oppositions \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale, le Rassemblement national (RN, d’extr\u00eame droite) et le Nouveau front populaire (NFP, de gauche), ont adopt\u00e9 la motion de censure du NFP visant le gouvernement de Michel Barnier ce 4 d\u00e9cembre dans la soir\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s plusieurs heures de discours de la part du Premier ministre et des pr\u00e9sidents des groupes de partis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le RN avait assur\u00e9 qu’il voterait la motion de censure du NFP, la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre soumise au vote : 331 d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont vot\u00e9 pour la censure du gouvernement. Avec une majorit\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 288 d\u00e9put\u00e9s pour emporter le vote, le Premier ministre et son gouvernement ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 censur\u00e9s, et ce n’\u00e9tait pas arriv\u00e9\u00a0depuis 1962<\/u>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lundi 2 d\u00e9cembre, Michel Barnier, en l’absence d’une majorit\u00e9 claire \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale, a\u00a0eu recours \u00e0 l’article 49.3 de la Constitution. Il lui permettait de faire adopter son projet loi de financement de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sans le vote des d\u00e9put\u00e9s, en \u00e9change d’un engagement de sa responsabilit\u00e9 devant l’Assembl\u00e9e. Un pari risqu\u00e9, qu’il a perdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
