{"id":77898,"date":"2024-12-18T14:45:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-18T13:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=77898"},"modified":"2024-12-18T14:45:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-18T13:45:39","slug":"kongo-central-condamnation-a-5-ans-de-prison-du-ministre-provincial-de-linterieur-recemment-revoque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=77898","title":{"rendered":"Kongo-Central : condamnation \u00e0 5 ans de prison du ministre provincial de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur r\u00e9cemment r\u00e9voqu\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9voqu\u00e9 vendredi dernier, le ministre provincial du Kongo-Central en charge de l&rsquo;Int\u00e9rieur, Constant Mamvidila, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 par la Cour de cassation \u00e0 cinq ans de prison, mardi 17 d\u00e9cembre. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour le jugeait en proc\u00e9dure de flagrance apr\u00e8s la diffusion d\u2019une vid\u00e9o devenue virale sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, le montrant en train d\u2019ordonner \u00e0 sa garde de fouetter publiquement un homme qui lui aurait manqu\u00e9\u00a0de respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour qui avait ordonn\u00e9 l&rsquo;arrestation et le transf\u00e8rement \u00e0 Kinshasa de Constant Mamvidila \u00e0 la suite de ces images choquantes, l&rsquo;a reconnu&nbsp;coupable de violation grave des droits humains \u00e0 la suite de ce proc\u00e8s en flagrance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9cision de la justice est salu\u00e9e par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits de l&rsquo;homme du Kongo-Central.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab<em>&nbsp;Nous avons suivi avec attention le proc\u00e8s de l\u2019ex-ministre provincial de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, Constant Mamvidila, au niveau de la Cour de cassation. Vraiment nous sommes d\u2019accord avec cette condamnation, \u00e7a va servir d\u2019exemple, parce que c\u2019est une premi\u00e8re fois au Kongo-Central qu\u2019une autorit\u00e9 se comporte de la sorte et qu\u2019elle soit directement r\u00e9voqu\u00e9e de sa fonction et puis poursuivi et condamn\u00e9e par la justice&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Me Jerry Kolekole Masiala, responsable de cette structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cet activiste des droits de l\u2019homme, \u00ab&nbsp;<em>ceci va servir d\u2019exemple \u00e0 d\u2019autres autorit\u00e9s qui pourront tomber dans le m\u00eame comportement d\u2019exc\u00e8s de pouvoir pour torturer ou infliger des sanctions ill\u00e9gales \u00e0 l\u2019endroit de la population qui les a
