Le Rwanda, s’est empar\u00e9e de Masisi, Commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 Masisi zone, le chef lieu du territoire de Masisi vient de passer compl\u00e8tement sous contr\u00f4le, ont rapport\u00e9 ce samedi des sources concordantes \u00e0 l’Agence France-Presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est apr\u00e8s des combats intenses avec les FARDC. La population a fui en masse, laissant la ville d\u00e9serte, d\u00e9clare la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile locale. Telesphore Mitondeke, rapporteur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, a confirm\u00e9 l’information et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre lui-m\u00eame en train de quitter la zone .\u00a0\u00bbPlus rien ne va\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Selon des sources locales, l’Arm\u00e9e Rwandaise a utilis\u00e9 la m\u00eame strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9bordement qui lui a permis de prendre Lushebere quelques heures plus t\u00f4t. Malgr\u00e9 une r\u00e9sistance initiale des FARDC, les rebelles ont finalement pris le dessus.L’arm\u00e9e congolaise n’a pas encore communiqu\u00e9 sur la situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La chute du chef-lieu de Masisi met en position confortable le Rwanda qui, d\u00e9sormais, contr\u00f4lent deux territoires importants de la province du Nord_Kivu, riche en minerais et territoires agricoles. Le Rwanda pourrait, par la chute du chef-lieu de Masisi, organiser son administration, intensifier les recrutements et son id\u00e9ologie et se faire des moyens financiers pour faire la guerre, estiment certains analystes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
