{"id":78613,"date":"2025-01-07T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T08:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=78613"},"modified":"2025-01-07T10:27:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T09:27:12","slug":"washington-denonce-des-violations-flagrantes-du-cessez-le-feu-en-rdc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=78613","title":{"rendered":"Washington d\u00e9nonce des \u00ab\u00a0violations flagrantes du cessez-le-feu\u00a0\u00bb en RDC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Washington a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 lundi des \u00ab\u00a0violations flagrantes du cessez-le-feu\u00a0\u00bb en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo par les rebelles du M23, qui ont pris ce week-end le contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;une ville cl\u00e9 de l&rsquo;est du pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0Les avanc\u00e9es continues du M23, y compris la prise de Masisi centre chef lieu du  territoire de Masisi ce week-end, nuisent aux efforts visant \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 une paix n\u00e9goci\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;est de la RDC, tout en blessant et entra\u00eenant le d\u00e9placement des civils dans la r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le porte-parole du d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;\u00c9tat, Matthew Miller, dans un communiqu\u00e9, ajoutant que le M23, groupe arm\u00e9 soutenu par le Rwanda, devait \u00ab\u00a0imm\u00e9diatement cesser les hostilit\u00e9s et respecter le cessez-le-feu\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&rsquo;UE condamne l&rsquo;occupation de Masisi-Centre par le M23<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l&rsquo;EU, l&rsquo;avanc\u00e9e continue du M23 constitue une violation flagrante du cessez-le-feu convenu dans le cadre du processus de Luanda.
