{"id":79846,"date":"2025-02-02T10:16:18","date_gmt":"2025-02-02T09:16:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=79846"},"modified":"2025-02-02T10:16:18","modified_gmt":"2025-02-02T09:16:18","slug":"le-mecanisme-national-de-suivi-de-laccord-cadre-daddis-abeba-appelle-a-des-sanctions-contre-le-rwanda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=79846","title":{"rendered":"Le M\u00e9canisme national de suivi de l\u2019Accord-cadre d\u2019Addis Abeba appelle \u00e0 des sanctions contre le Rwanda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le M\u00e9canisme national de suivi de l\u2019Accord-cadre d\u2019Addis Abeba appelle \u00e0 des sanctions contre le Rwanda pour son agression dans l\u2019Est de la RDC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 consult\u00e9 samedi 1er&nbsp;f\u00e9vrier par Radio Okapi, le professeur Ntumba Lwaba, coordonnateur de ce M\u00e9canisme, indique que le moment est venu de passer \u00ab&nbsp;des condamnations formelles et des d\u00e9nonciations sans cons\u00e9quences, \u00e0 de v\u00e9ritables sanctions&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019endroit du Rwanda et de sa hi\u00e9rarchie politico-militaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il r\u00e9clame des sanctions notamment pour des crimes de guerre et crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 commis sur le sol congolais du 26 au 29 janvier 2025 \u00e0 Goma souligne le communiqu\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce document, le professeur Ntumba Lwaba d\u00e9nonce le \u00ab&nbsp;carnage et massacre inqualifiables&nbsp;\u00bb, la poursuite d\u2019assassinats cibl\u00e9s, les coupures d\u2019eau et d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, avec des cons\u00e9quences sanitaires incommensurables, le bombardement des h\u00f4pitaux et des camps des d\u00e9plac\u00e9s, et les ex\u00e9cutions sommaires.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il y a eu aussi des bombardements indiscrimin\u00e9s sur Goma \u00e0 partir de Gisenyi, avec de tr\u00e8s nombreuses victimes au sein de la population civile, ainsi que des viols \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9plore le professeur Ntumba Luaba dans ce document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est dans ce cadre qu\u2019il lance cette interpellation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des organisations r\u00e9gionales et sous r\u00e9gionales engag\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9solution et pacification dans les \u00e9tats de la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs ainsi que leurs animateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Rwanda a ignor\u00e9 et pi\u00e9tin\u00e9 tous les engagements des \u00c9tats de la r\u00e9gion au titre de l\u2019Accord-cadre d\u2019Addis-Abeba, notamment le respect de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 territoriale et la non-ing\u00e9rence dans les affaires internes des pays voisins, accuse Ntumba Lwaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il exige \u00e9galement le retrait sans d\u00e9lai des troupes rwandaises de la RDC et la tenue urgente d\u2019une r\u00e9union des garants de l\u2019Accord-cadre, et s\u2019interroge sur le report \u00ab&nbsp;sans cesse&nbsp;\u00bb du 12\u00e8me Sommet du M\u00e9canisme R\u00e9gional de Suivi de l\u2019Accord cadre d\u2019Addis-Abeba par le Pr\u00e9sident Kaguta Museveni de l\u2019Ouganda. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le M\u00e9canisme National de Suivi sollicite aussi l\u2019engagement des garants de cet accord \u00e0 obtenir la convocation des r\u00e9unions urgentes des institutions qu\u2019ils repr\u00e9sentent au niveau de l\u2019Accord-cadre ainsi que la tenue urgente de la deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9union quadripartite (EAC, CEEAC, CIRGL, SADC) sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de l\u2019Union africaine (UA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Radio okapi  via   CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 179<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le M\u00e9canisme national de suivi de l\u2019Accord-cadre d\u2019Addis Abeba appelle \u00e0 des sanctions contre le Rwanda pour son agression dans l\u2019Est de la RDC.&nbsp; Dans un communiqu\u00e9 consult\u00e9 samedi 1er&nbsp;f\u00e9vrier&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":79847,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[844,43],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-79846","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-a-la-une","category-afrique"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v25.4) -
