Cependant rien n\u2019a filtr\u00e9 de la rencontre ces deux hommes d\u2019Etat. Une chose est vraie que le pr\u00e9sident angolais, m\u00e9diateur dans ce conflit qui dure depuis plus de cinq ans, est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en contact avec le Congolais, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, et le Rwandais, Paul Kagame, en vue de trouver une solution de stabilit\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de paix dans cette r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au terme de la r\u00e9union, le ministre angolais des Relations ext\u00e9rieures, T\u00e9te Ant\u00f3nio, a indiqu\u00e9 que les deux dirigeants avaient analys\u00e9 la situation qui pr\u00e9vaut en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab<em>&nbsp;Comme nous le savons, c&rsquo;est une situation qui inqui\u00e8te le continent. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union du Conseil de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui s&rsquo;est tenue r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 Addis-Abeba (\u00c9thiopie), pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ce conflit, il est n\u00e9cessaire de voir les prochaines \u00e9tapes dans la recherche de solutions \u00e0 la situation tendue que nous connaissons tous&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le chef de la diplomatie angolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e9te Ant\u00f3nio a qualifi\u00e9 la situation de \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9occupante\u00a0\u00bb pour le continent africain, et bien plus encore pour ceux qui ont la responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer, non seulement la situation en RDC, mais aussi les destin\u00e9es de l&rsquo;Union africaine (UA), pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e depuis samedi dernier par le Chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat angolais, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation politico-militaire en RDC s&rsquo;est rapidement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e en raison des actions du groupe rebelle M23, soutenu par le Rwanda. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;occupation de Goma, chef-lieu de la province du Nord-Kivu, fin janvier dernier, les rebelles du M23 ont avanc\u00e9 et occup\u00e9 Bukavu, deuxi\u00e8me ville de l&rsquo;Est de la RDC et chef-lieu du Sud-Kivu, le 16 f\u00e9vrier courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On estime que plus de 100 000 personnes ont cherch\u00e9 refuge sur l\u2019\u00eele d\u2019Idjwi, dans le lac Kivu.
